FREE CIRCUIT CLASSES, SILWOOD GYM, FRIDAY 17TH OCTOBER, NO NEED TO BOOK JUST JOIN IN.
Shannon Jewell and Gary McDermont from the Active Lifestyles Team will be in Silwood gym running 45 min fast classes. The classes are free, no need to book and are open to all staff and students of Silwood Park. Make the most of the team being down on campus by utilising their expertise and enjoying a fun session.
1215-1300 – Boxing fit (a fun class incorporating fitness, cardio and boxing)
1315-1400 – strength circuit (developing strength and power the session will all involve resistance based exercise, whether you’re a pro or a beginner we will tailor workout towards your ability.)
1415-1500 – boot camp (chucking the kitchen sink at you this class is really fun and dynamic. The class includes body weight, resistance and cardio high intensity workouts)
Both advisors will also be on hand to help advise on any programming or new training tips.
