So it’s International Women in Engineering Day<\/span> this Friday!<\/p>\n

I’m glad of the existence of such a remarkable day!<\/p>\n

For it’s a day that appreciates<\/em> the women in this field<\/strong><\/p>\n

One that inspires girls to use the mind they wield<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let me introduce you to my best friends<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Whom which I would stick with until the world ends<\/em><\/p>\n

Introducing the craziest women in engineering I know<\/p>\n

We are the four girls in EIE and you’re probably like “whoa?!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Zo\u00eb is in a deep-seated<\/strong> relationship with mathematics…<\/em><\/p>\n

Seriously she’s interested if it’s got anything to do with quadratics except when she’s busy with Acrobatics<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Belen is the human embodiment of robotics<\/span> and totally into electronics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her love for memes<\/span><\/strong><\/span> is in her bloodstream and her taste in music is not mainstream.<\/p>\n

Mireya enjoys programming projects because when it comes to \u00a0retrospect, she settles for nothing\u00a0short of perfect.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Oh, and her love for software directly translates to her footwear!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

And me? When I’m not tangled <\/span>in EIE’s figurative wires I like to write everything that transpires<\/p>\n

Four<\/strong> amazing girls in EIE, not in it just for the DEGREE<\/span><\/p>\n

I hope this post inspires you to ASPIRE<\/span>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/span>and DESIRE<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pushes you to ignite the\u00a0FIRE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

And ensures your dreams don’t EXPIRE<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Just because you’re currently a beginner,<\/em><\/span><\/strong> doesn’t mean you can’t be a\u00a0Nobel\u00a0prize winner<\/em>, or an engineer at the frontier.<\/em><\/p>\n

International Women in Engineering day reminds us of all the amazing women<\/em> out there!<\/p>\n

I say, let’s keep going and ensure our generation of women leave our signature<\/em> <\/span><\/strong>in the world of science, with each other for their guidance.<\/p>\n

We are empowered<\/strong> <\/span>and supported<\/span><\/strong> <\/span>more than ever before. To any and every girl out there who’s geeky, artistic, nerdy, creative, innovative or just being yourse<\/strong>lf…<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the century to act on your capabilities and achieve! So don’t be deceived, go out there and <\/em>believe.<\/em><\/p>\n
