He brings together ideas from systems and complexity thinking in an attempt to understand how businesses can create positive environmental and social value in the face of global challenges that we face. In education Dr Tennant is particularly interested in using related theories, based on pragmatism, to help students develop a more nuanced understanding of complex problems.
