Notices are posted at the discretion of the Postgraduate Noticeboard administrator.<\/p>\n<h3>Suggestions for information to include in your notice:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure that you provide\u00a0<strong>as much information as possible e.g. date, time &amp; location<\/strong>\u00a0(including contact details and\/or a link to a website)<\/li>\n<li>Suggest the\u00a0<strong>category or categories<\/strong>\u00a0that you think the notice should be listed under<\/li>\n<li>State if it\u2019s for postgraduate students in general, for Master&#8217;s or Doctoral level students or a particular group of students<\/li>\n<li>State if it\u2019s only of interest for students at a\u00a0<strong>particular campus<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Provide an\u00a0<strong>expiry date<\/strong>\u00a0and\/or let us know when the opportunity is no longer available (if relevant)<\/li>\n<li>Feel free to attach an electronic version of advertising material if you have one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who can submit notices?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>College staff on behalf of their department or division<\/li>\n<li>Imperial College London students and alumni<\/li>\n<li>Graduate Students&#8217; Union (GSU),\u00a0Imperial College Union (ICU)\u00a0and associated unions, clubs\u00a0&amp; societies<\/li>\n<li>External\u00a0organisations including\u00a0member institutions of the\u00a0<a title=\"Exhibition Road Cultural Group\" href=\"http:\/\/www.exhibitionroad.com\/who\" target=\"_blank\">Exhibition Road Cultural Group<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Other institutions or organisations with a vested interest in advertising specific opportunities to our postgraduate community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Notices can be listed under the following categories, and in more than one if applicable.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conferences &amp; Courses<\/li>\n<li>Competitions<\/li>\n<li>Events<\/li>\n<li>Funding, Studentships &amp; Awards<\/li>\n<li>Internships, Volunteering &amp; Work Experience Opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Miscellaneous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>College alerts, changes in policy, welfare advice abd service improvements\/changes may also be included here if deemed appropriate, however, this information will usually be\u00a0highlighted in the weekly newsletters circulated by the Graduate School.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To submit a notice, please email:\u00a0graduate.school@imperial.ac.uk For details of who can submit notices to the Postgraduate Noticeboard and the type of notices that can be listed, please see\u00a0Purpose of the Postgraduate Student Noticeboard.
