Global Challenge Lab – 14 – 23 July, Registration closes on 9 July

Imperial Enterprise Lab is working with eight university’s across the world to bring together hundreds of students to grow their international network, gain new skills and create new ideas that help achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Wellbeing. Students from all disciplinary backgrounds are encouraged to join!

You’re looking at a 10-day programme of workshops that fit around your work or study, guest speakers and mentoring to help you develop innovative ideas. At the end of the programme, the top teams will pitch their ideas to win a share of a £20K prize fund!

The Enterprise Lab – How To Talks

The Imperial Enterprise Lab’s How To Talks are back! This term we’re bringing you the best speakers from the start-up world and beyond as they share their stories, advice and tips on topics including overcoming unconscious bias, building your personal brand, scaling a business and innovating in healthcare.

The Science Viva Workshop – 18 June 2021

The Science Viva Workshop is a one day online event for UK PhD students across the sciences.

The workshop is broken into several sessions, delivered by Dr Stacey Bedwell and Dr Isabelle Butcher. Together Stacey and Isabelle have expertise spanning several fields of science and have first hand experience of the science PhD viva.

The range of sessions will give you an insight into the viva experience, preparing for the viva, debunk some viva myths and give you the opportunity to practice some key viva skills.

Online London Doctoral Summer School 2021 (21 June – 3 July 2021)

This intensive two-week Summer School on the Doctoral Research Process will comprise of 11 research topics:  research design, • academic writing, • literature review, • research methods and methodology, • data analysis, • grant applications, • research dissemination and publication of research in academic journals and books.
