Staff Recruitment Process

The Staff Recruitment Project will examine the administrative procedures involved in staff recruitment activities – such as the messaging used in the application process, in the ways in which key information is conveyed to prospective employees and in job adverts. Through this initiative, the project team aim to review and enhance the experience for both applicants and staff involved in recruitment at the College.
