{"id":435,"date":"2013-07-29T11:24:40","date_gmt":"2013-07-29T11:24:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs-staging.imperial.ac.uk\/hr-notices\/?p=435"},"modified":"2013-07-29T13:07:13","modified_gmt":"2013-07-29T13:07:13","slug":"lpa1314","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs-staging.imperial.ac.uk\/hr-notices\/2013\/07\/29\/lpa1314\/","title":{"rendered":"Local Pay Award 2013\/14"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Local Pay Bargaining takes place on an annual basis at Imperial, involving negotiations between the College and the Joint Trades Unions (JTUs).<\/p>\n<p>Following the last local pay bargaining meeting on 9 July, the JTUs have confirmed their formal acceptance of the College\u2019s local pay offer of <strong>2% effective from 1 August 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The College\u2019s\u00a0pay scales and\u00a0schedules of allowances have been updated to incorporate this increase. This applies to all staff on terms and conditions subject to local pay bargaining.
