These programmes are improving the development, education and well-being of school-aged children worldwide. The report also highlights work in supporting government-led <a href=\"https:\/\/www.z2systems.com\/nps\/servlet\/DisplayLink?orgId=shn&amp;emailId=a6419189dbd126952589efbd5e4705dfam52262a64&amp;&amp;linkId=17811&amp;targetUrl=http:\/\/www.hgsf-global.org\/\">Home Grown School Feeding<\/a>\u00a0interventions by strengthening the links between school feeding programmes and the local smallholder farmers who supply them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Download the annual report from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.z2systems.com\/nps\/servlet\/DisplayLink?orgId=shn&amp;emailId=a6419189dbd126952589efbd5e4705dfam52262a64&amp;&amp;linkId=17812&amp;targetUrl=http:\/\/bit.ly\/1Gz5GWb\">ly\/1Gz5GWb<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>PCD co-hosts 4th Asian School Health and Nutrition Training Course<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>From 8 \u2013 16 December PCD co-hosted the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsandhealth.org\/News\/Pages\/4th-Asia-SHN-Training-Course-Wraps-Up-in-Thailand.aspx\"><strong>4th Asia School Health and Nutrition<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(SHN) training course which brought together 37\u00a0participants from government, academia and civil society representing\u00a012 countries in the region.\u00a0During the course,\u00a0lectures were delivered\u00a0by international experts on SHN topics including\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsandhealth.org\/Pages\/NTDs.aspx\"><strong>deworming<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsandhealth.org\/Pages\/WASH.aspx\"><strong>WASH<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsandhealth.org\/Pages\/HGSF.aspx\"><strong>school feeding<\/strong><\/a> and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsandhealth.org\/Pages\/Inclusive-Education.aspx\"><strong>inclusion of children with disabilities<\/strong><\/a>.
