Why do some postdoctoral researchers burn out under similar pressures, while others do not? Having spent over 10 years in the postdoctoral system myself, this question is not abstract for me.<\/p>\n

I am currently conducting an MSc research study at\u00a0Manchester Metropolitan University\u00a0examining psychological factors associated with burnout in UK-based postdoctoral researchers. Participation involves a short (15\u201320 minute) anonymous online survey, with no identifying data collected.<\/p>\n
