For this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (14 – 20 May 2018), we’ve compiled a list of tips and best practices to help reduce stress levels for both you and your colleagues in the work place.
Emails
- Think about the purpose of the email and who needs to know about it. Apply this when deciding who to copy into emails.
- Copy people in on a “need to know basis”
- Consider whether it might be easier to go and speak to the individual concerned, and follow up afterwards with an email.
