CSM were invited to host a stand at the Women@Imperial event on Tuesday 10th March 2015. This ran from 17.30-19.30 and was host to VIPs from Imperial College and the local area, as well as guests from companies and science funding bodies. We designed a display describing Metabolic Phenotyping and showed the technologies involved. We had two popular games for guests to try out – “Chromatography of Sweets” and “Diagnosing Disease through NMR Analysis of Urine”. There were many visitors to the stand, ranging from students interested in pursuing a Science career, to the President of Imperial!
