Vital for the organisation to be sustainable for the future.<\/li>\n<li>We also went over the goals and aims from the 1<sup>st<\/sup> week and saw what was achieved in my role of volunteer coordinator in management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>22\/07\/2014 \u2013 Tuesday <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluation\/review day<\/li>\n<li>Posting new advertisement for a new coordinator role after I leave.<\/li>\n<li>Completing my own evaluation\/diary of my role.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting volunteers by phone and email for future interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Database sheet entry for volunteer hours and evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation and review of the review survey completed for the inactive volunteers.<\/li>\n<li>Planning out a plan template for an induction day for a new volunteer coordinator candidate \u2013 as I will be training them on Wednesday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>23\/07\/2014 \u2013 Wednesday <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All day &#8211; Induction training day with new volunteer coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Also an interview for potential volunteer<\/li>\n<li>Phone and email correspondence with other potential volunteers.<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer application processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>24\/07\/2014 \u2013 Thursday <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volunteer application responses via phone\/email etc<\/li>\n<li>Long Evaluation form questions to fill in for the festival on Sunday using all the volunteers feedback answers.<\/li>\n<li>Snake surveying forms data input.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a monthly newsletter.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting on a plant foraging walk on the Heath- 2.30 hours long with a group of 30 people attending.<\/li>\n<li>Interview for a new volunteer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_632\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-632\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs-staging.imperial.ac.uk\/charityinsights\/files\/2014\/07\/SAM_5499A.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-632\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs-staging.imperial.ac.uk\/charityinsights\/files\/2014\/07\/SAM_5499A-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"Evening at the Heath \" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-632\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Evening at the Heath<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>25\/07\/2014 \u2013 Friday \u2013 last day!!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So this is it &#8211; my internship finished. What a great experience!!!!!
