{"id":288,"date":"2011-07-29T09:50:24","date_gmt":"2011-07-29T08:50:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs-staging.imperial.ac.uk\/announcements\/?p=288"},"modified":"2016-05-20T11:28:22","modified_gmt":"2016-05-20T10:28:22","slug":"local-pay-award-201112","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs-staging.imperial.ac.uk\/announcements\/2011\/07\/29\/local-pay-award-201112\/","title":{"rendered":"Local Pay Award 2011\/12"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Local Pay Bargaining takes place on an annual basis at Imperial, involving negotiations between the College and the Joint Trades Unions (JTUs).<\/p>\n<p>Following the last local pay bargaining meeting on 6 July, the JTUs have confirmed their formal acceptance of the College\u2019s local pay offer of<strong> 2% or \u00a3500 whichever is the greater effective from 1 August 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The College\u2019s pay scales and schedules of allowances have been updated to incorporate this increase. This applies to all staff on terms and conditions subject to local pay bargaining.
