The College\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.imperial.ac.uk\/hr\/Public\/Salaries\/Other%20Categories%20of%20Staff\/othercategories.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">national pay scales <\/a>have therefore been updated to incorporate a rise of 1% effective from 1 August 2015 for those staff remaining on national non-clinical rather than local pay scales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Payment at the appropriate new rates will be made in November 2015 salaries and will be backdated to 1 August 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 UCEA (the Universities and Colleges Employers\u2019 Association) has advised that, following the conclusion of the national pay negotiations, institutions can now implement the 2015\/16 national pay offer.
