All have been\u00a0getting involved with  as many sessions as possible throughout the week and also enjoying  their free Total Greek yogurt every Monday! Due to popular demand for  our morning high intensity circuit\u00a0it will\u00a0be added to\u00a0the summer studio  class timetable, which is out on the 29th April. The class is called  Fitness Circuit and runs Monday&#8217;s, Wednesday&#8217;s and Friday&#8217;s 0700-0800.
